After she died, we found her journals were mostly just verses she was writing out, not really her thoughts. But this was her meditating on scripture. It's something I have striven to do, but have fallen behind on with the addition of children to my life. Maybe its something I can get back to this year, even if its a bit of a late start. Yes, I'm that behind in reading my email. Luckily, email isn't that important!Mama Rachaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03534245701379707268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3692156614069531903.post-8767328940646240832017-01-11T16:37:41.056-08:002017-01-11T16:37:41.056-08:00The exact book is in the post above, but everythin...The exact book is in the post above, but everything I've read about Mr. Muller has been encouraging, convicting, and inspiring!<br />Karihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03085814755648021148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3692156614069531903.post-5550379453441286632017-01-11T16:30:21.733-08:002017-01-11T16:30:21.733-08:00Isn't it great?! What book did you read about George Mueller that gave you some of these insights? I have read a few different biographies and am challenged each time by them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3692156614069531903.post-68422674751785304732017-01-10T06:10:26.292-08:002017-01-10T06:10:26.292-08:00Thank you for sharing this resource! I am 47 now, and my family still reads it together as a family almost every night using the same Bible Reading Companion here: http://www.christadelphians.ns.ca/plans-for-bible-reading/ although we have occasionally tried other plans. What is great about this plan is seeing how connected the Bible is when you read from three different books and they contain the same thoughts. Enjoy - it is worth it.sojournerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12115560492461012072noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3692156614069531903.post-87628367948665714132017-01-09T18:54:08.539-08:002017-01-09T18:54:08.539-08:00I love The Bible Project! I've read through the Bible several times, and even completed reading the Bible in 90 days, which was AMAZING! But after that I didn't do much Bible reading at all. I'm trying to get back into the habit of daily Bible reading - reading through it in a year.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08223600361704336537noreply@blogger.com
