Stop Slumping and Get Back to Work!

I've been slumping.

A lot.

I'm all off my game.

All out of whack.

Back to putting out fires and damage control.

Quadrant 1 and 2?    Non-existent.

What happens? Why do I always default to this kind of life?
I feel so much better when I'm exercising, working toward goals, and spending time on things that really matter.

But here I am again... 
hours sucked away on the computer
getting lots of information
but not using any of it.

You too?

I'm restarting.
AGAIN.
Right here, right now. 
 Not waiting for Monday, or January 1.
Today.
NOW.


Make a plan.
What do you NEED to get done.
What does that mean you WON'T do to reach it?

I won't be on the computer so much...
I won't be clicking aimlessly, refreshing, waiting for someone else's life status to update.

Since I WON'T be doing time wasters above, 
I WILL be :

PRAYING
HUSTLING
LIVE INTENTIONALLY
WORKING HARDER
FOCUSING
PAYING ATTENTION
BEING ALL HERE
PRIORITIZING

How?

Lots and lots of prayer.

Making a loose daily schedule so at each hour I will know roughly where I should be focusing.

Making sure to be able to let that schedule go if it is more important that I be focused on the real life relationships around me.

Writing out my quad 1 and 2 lists and posting it RIGHT NEXT to my computer screen.

Let's do it.
Get started.
Stop slumping.
Stop wishing your life were different.
CHANGE IT!
